For all skin types, especially dehydrated, sensitive, or reactive skin prone to tightness, redness, or environmental stress.

Apply a generous layer to the face and neck, ideally after exfoliation.
Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse with water - or leave on overnight for an intensive treatment.
Use 2 to 3 times per week, or daily for very dehydrated skin.
Avoid the eye area.
